1.) Each entrant must pay a one time $20.00 entry fee upon form completion.
2.) Each entrant must select 6 drivers from the list below which will be their team for the season. All drivers have been assigned a salary. The salary of your 6 drivers combined must not exceed $7,000,000. Your teams combined points will determine your ranking. For tie breaking purposes, each entrant must also guess the number of victories their team will have (combined) at the end of the season. If combined wins does not settle a tie then the ranking will be determined by combined second place finishes and so on.
3.) Should a driver switch teams during the season, your scoring will remain with the driver you selected. Should there a death/retirement/suspension of a driver, you will not receive points for the driver that is named as the replacement. If your driver does not run in a race you will not be awarded points.
4.) All results will be post on www.nascarcup.ca. Points will be awarded to the drivers for the final 10 races in the same format as the first 26 races. If a driver is penalized points, you will be penalized the same number of points.
5.) The payout will be determined after all paid entries have been received. First, Second and third will be paying positions for sure. This could increase to top 10 or top 15 depending on entries. This will be posted on the website before the end of March.
6.) This year you will be allowed to make 2 trades during the year. Your team salary must remain under the salary cap. You don’t have to make any trades if you don’t want to. The trades are free. You can contact me to initiate the trade at roundtiger@ripnet.com or you can complete the trade online yourself. I will make the trade as soon as I get the request however it is up to the participant to review and confirm the trade has been completed.
7.) The operator and associates of this pool except no legal liability.
8.) Results will be posted after each race on the website. There is a message board here to talk to other racers in the pool. Please visit the website www.nascarcup.ca you will need your username and password.
9) You will receive bonus points based on how you qualify. You can see the scoring on the website.
10) Admin of league reserves the right to remove users from the league.
11) Admin of league (Mike Hudson) will participate in league and can win the same prizes as any users. You will be able to see my stats as well online.
12.) Forms and payment must be returned before February 10th 2008.
